YOUR ROLE AS A CULINARY OPERATIONS SOUS CHEF

In the capacity of a full- or part-time Culinary Operations Sous Chef, you will be instrumental in supporting the Executive Chef, orchestrating food-service operations, and managing kitchen activities in the Executive Chef's absence. Your duties will encompass ensuring efficient food preparation, overseeing food service staff, upholding exemplary food handling and sanitation standards, and addressing any customer inquiries.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CULINARY OPERATIONS SOUS CHEF

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with large-scale food production
  • Strong computer proficiency
