As a Customer Service Representative at Scopeair, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary duties will include:
1. Providing a wide range of financial services, including opening and closing deposit accounts, renewing certificates of deposit, processing loan transactions, and assisting customers with account questions.
2. Answering questions regarding Bank services and performing various account maintenance tasks.
3. Serving as a source of information and guidance to Teller staff.
4. Cross-selling services and performing related clerical functions as required.
5. Processing miscellaneous customer requests, such as stop payments, automatic transfers, check orders, checkbook balancing, and more.
6. Reviewing, completing, and assisting customers with basic lending applications, including consumer loans and personal loans.
7. Processing wire transfers within designated authority.
8. Processing LAN Visa credit applications and Checkline applications.
9. Assisting or referring customers with any questions or problems that arise.
10. Responding to customers with inquiries and transaction requests made by phone, mail, and website.
11. Assisting Branch Management with daily Branch Operations duties, such as pulling customer reports and gathering data as needed.
12. Assisting with teller line coverage as staffing levels demand.
13. Individually and if applicable, as a manager, participating in identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling, and mitigating departmental and enterprise-wide risks.
14. Maintaining awareness of and adherence to Bank compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies, and procedures, and applying them to daily tasks.
15. Delivering a consistent, high level of service within our Service Excellence standards.
16. Other duties as assigned.
17. Reviewing, completing, and assisting customers with intermediate lending applications, including mortgage and HELOC.
18. Independently researching and resolving account issues.
**Requirements:**
* Thorough understanding of Bank products and services.
* Familiarity with Bank and branch functions, policies, and procedures.
* Strong oral and/or written communication skills.
* Well-organized.
* Ability to maintain an effective workflow.
* Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic to intermediate skill in Microsoft Office programs and proficiency in web-based applications.
**Education and Experience:**
* Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Two or more years of teller experience preferred.
* Thorough understanding of Park National Bank guidelines, policies, and procedures.
**Schedule:**
Branch Lobby hours are Monday through Friday 7am to 7pm and Saturday 8am to 2pm. The average number of Saturdays per month is 1.
This position is hourly and full-time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status. Generally, the position will require hours per week.
