Job Overview:
The ALL Crane Rental Corp. Service Department seeks an Administrative Associate to join our team in Columbus, OH. As a key member of our department, you will provide critical administrative support to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Functions:
* Answer multi-line phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
* Manage purchase orders and service work orders through fleet maintenance software
* Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and distribute to relevant personnel
* Develop and maintain accurate records of work performed, inventory levels, and other business metrics
* Perform a variety of administrative tasks including document processing, data entry, and filing
* Foster a culture of compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:
* Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and NexGen maintenance software preferred
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Estimated annual salary range: $52,000 - $70,000 based on qualifications and experience
