This role involves preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking follow-up action items for the medical staff.
Additionally, you will provide assistance to various medical staff departments and committees as needed, which includes conducting research and generating confidential reports.
You will serve as a liaison for the Director.Qualifications
Educational Background:
A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. Proficiency in Medical Terminology and the ability to utilize computer systems for recordkeeping and correspondence is essential. Familiarity with Word processing software is advantageous.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of two years of experience in medical staff support is required. The ability to work autonomously is essential. Proven capability to engage with all levels of hospital and medical personnel is necessary. Exceptional customer service skills are mandatory.
Licensing:
A valid California Driver's License is required.
Delivering exceptional healthcare, one patient at a time.
Compensation Range:
$34.73
