About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team at SilverLinx. As a successful and internationally operating company in the metal and electrical industry, we develop and produce complex systems and equipment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage projects to ensure quality standards are met and cost and timeline requirements are fulfilled
  • Lead a team of employees from various disciplines, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
  • Support sales and acquisition activities, negotiating with customers and partners to drive business growth
  • Manage national and international contracts, including claim management and supplier coordination during project execution
  • Report project progress and other relevant topics to stakeholders
  • Develop and drive product lines with support from the sales team, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Completed degree in a technical field, such as engineering or a related field
  • Extensive experience in project management, including leadership experience and IPMA certification at level C
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident and goal-oriented personality, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation skills and willingness to travel internationally, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
