IT Leadership Opportunity

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our organization's IT infrastructure and security efforts. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT systems, leading a team of IT professionals, and developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems
* Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, assigning tasks and ensuring project completion
* Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and security
* Oversee network architecture and ensure optimal performance and reliability
* Manage Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and system updates
* Configure and maintain Cisco networking equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls
* Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions
* Collaborate with other departments to align IT strategies with business objectives

**Requirements:**

* Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
* Extensive experience with Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022)
* Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco networking equipment
* Prior experience leading projects and making suggestions to the organization on new technologies
* Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards
