Pacifico Power is a proud affiliate of Pacifico Energy Group, a prominent renewable energy firm specializing in utility-scale projects across Asia. Over the past decade, Pacifico Energy has successfully developed over 1 GW of renewable energy initiatives globally, representing an investment of $3.5 billion.
We are currently looking for a committed Asset Management Associate to become a vital part of our team. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for the daily management of photovoltaic (PV) power plants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Operation and Maintenance (O&M), Loan, Equity, Security, and other contractual agreements related to our projects.
- Prepare and submit Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reports to Investors and Lenders based on operational data and reports from O&M and other service providers.
- Conduct budget, forecast, and actual performance analysis, including Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) and distribution calculations.
- Request approvals from Investors and Lenders for any unscheduled maintenance activities.
- Manage warranty and insurance claims associated with the projects.
- Engage with utility companies, government authorities, local communities, landowners, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with permits and legal requirements throughout the operational phase of the plants.
- Analyze strategies to enhance production and optimize power plant performance.
- Review and interpret engineering and Energy Yield Analysis reports pertinent to the projects.
- Coordinate with Accounting firms, Auditors, Property Managers, and other relevant parties.
- Assist senior management and team members with any ad-hoc reporting needs.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in asset management within real estate funds or renewable energy sectors, or in project financing at financial institutions.
- Demonstrate drive, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to the company's objectives.
- Exhibit teamwork skills and effectively collaborate with colleagues across various departments, including construction and engineering.
- Show interest in the solar industry and a willingness to expand knowledge.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (an MBA or engineering background is advantageous).
