Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Marriott International. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for our hotels in the Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, managers, and customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure we are competitive and innovative in our sales approach.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree; previous experience in proactive lead generation in hospitality and sales discipline; knowledge of property-specific business segments (e.g. group, catering, transient); knowledge of the hospitality industry.
What We Offer

Marriott International offers a competitive salary range of $66,560 to $115,304 annually, as well as a quarterly bonus.
