The Training Coordinator will report directly to the Training LMS Coordination Supervisor and will play a vital role in the management and preservation of training records for the Waste Treatment Completion Company (WTCC). This role may also involve organizing training schedules and resources to align with project requirements, aiding managers in the development and assignment of qualifications and training for their teams, and ensuring that qualification content and ownership are kept up to date. Additionally, the Coordinator will monitor and uphold consistent training and qualification profiles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary duties include:

  • Conducting daily reconciliation of training records.
  • Maintaining comprehensive employee training documentation.
  • Processing and filing records on a weekly basis.
  • Tracking and reporting on training effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Performing data entry into the Learning Management System (LMS) as required.
  • Implementing Formplus requests within the LMS.
  • Collaborating with HR and internal departments to identify weekly onboarding requirements.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to assess employee training needs.
  • Updating and managing the curriculum database and training records.
  • Coordinating logistics for training events, including venue selection and equipment arrangements.
  • Promoting a culture of safety and quality within the Waste Treatment Plant operations.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in data entry and record management, both physical and digital.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and influence outcomes.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the Success Factors Learning Management System.
  • Knowledge of 426.2 record-keeping requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves desk work, including writing, computer tasks, and telephone communications. It may also require conducting presentations and meetings, which necessitates prolonged periods of sitting. The position may involve overseeing field activities, which includes walking, standing, bending, and wearing personal protective equipment. Occasional lifting and transporting of tools and supplies may be necessary.

Work Schedule:

This position operates on a 4 x 10 schedule, Monday through Thursday.
