Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at EPIC Brokers. As a key member of our Commercial Middle Market team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a diverse book of accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and developing innovative business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the account life cycle, including pre-renewal, renewal, post-renewal, and stewardship activities.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Manage day-to-day account transactions, including policy administration, coverage analysis, and program recommendations.
  • Submit renewal business to various markets and maintain productive relationships with insurance company underwriters and staff.
  • Seek out new business opportunities through referrals, cross-selling, and account rounding.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of brokerage experience as an Account Executive role.
  • Knowledge of general liability, workers' compensation, property, crime, inland marine, group automobile, fiduciary, and related lines of business.
  • Rating Engine proficiency and ability to develop customized business solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and with confidence to C-Suite executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate and organize effectively.
