Job Title: Customer Sales Guide

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Guide. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless buying process for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information about our pre-owned vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Work closely with customers to identify the perfect vehicle match, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable buying experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed guidance to customers.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
