Job Title: Clinical Nurse

Stanford Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively with patients and families, and provide education on health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the nursing team, mentoring and precepting new staff members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university.
  • Current RN licensure in the State of California or Compact State licensure.
  • 5 years of experience in Intensive Care and Emergency Department settings.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
