Key Responsibilities:

As a Guest Room Specialist, your primary duty will be to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest accommodations while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Thoroughly cleaning assigned guest rooms, including making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
  • Replacing and replenishing linens, towels, and guest amenities as required.
  • Conducting deep cleaning tasks as necessary.
  • Managing and transporting housekeeping supply carts daily.
  • Disposing of waste and recyclables properly.
  • Addressing special guest requests promptly and courteously.
