Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our team at Hilton Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and suites are cleaned and stocked to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking amenities
  • Restock linens, towels, and other supplies as needed
  • Ensure that all areas of the room are clean and tidy, including the bathroom, closet, and any other designated areas
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members to ensure that all rooms are cleaned and ready for guests
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy cleaning equipment and supplies
