Position Overview:

Relocation Assistance Available

This role involves overseeing operations across multiple states, ensuring that business functions are both efficient and effective. You will build strong relationships with clients, identify profit opportunities, and develop strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage resources effectively and ensure the delivery of services to clients.
  • Drive business performance as measured by company metrics, participating in strategic planning as necessary.
  • Foster relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team within the region.
  • Engage in the sales process, supporting pre-proposal site surveys, presentations, negotiations, and contract approvals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a management role.
  • Experience in healthcare food service is preferred.
  • Proficient in personnel management, including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and succession planning.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain focus amidst interruptions.
  • Strong decision-making skills based on financial data and reports.
  • Proven track record of enhancing profitability and sustainability in alignment with business strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across various service lines.
