Position Summary:

This role involves overseeing the operational functions of our food service division across multiple states. The successful candidate will ensure that business operations are both efficient and effective by fostering strong relationships with clients, identifying areas for profit enhancement, and formulating strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage resources effectively and ensure optimal service delivery to clients.
  • Drive business performance in alignment with company objectives, participating in strategic planning as required.
  • Build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Develop a high-performing team within the designated region.
  • Engage in the sales process, supporting site surveys, presentations, negotiations, and contract approvals.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Experience in healthcare food service is preferred.
  • Proficient in personnel management, including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and succession planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus amidst interruptions.
  • Capable of making informed business decisions based on financial data.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing profitability and sustainability in line with business strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate across various service lines.
