About the Role

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business, sales, or marketing preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a retail, sales, or customer service position
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Store or Branch Operations Manager for Sherwin-Williams
  • Experience conducting outside sales calls and selling paint and paint-related products
  • Proficiency in timekeeping and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
