EMS Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled EMS Recruiter to join our team at Midwood EMS. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and campus recruitment.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting and executive recruiting.
- Assist in training development initiatives for new hires to ensure smooth transitions into their roles.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of talent management principles and human resources practices.
- Experience as an EMS Recruiter is preferred.
- Familiarity with recruitment strategies to attract emerging talent.
- Proficiency in technical recruiting methodologies for specialized roles.
- Ability to conduct executive recruiting for high-level positions within the organization.
- Proficient in HR sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates effectively.
- Familiarity with JazzHR platforms is a plus.
