Patient Care Associate

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist registered nurses in providing patient care and support functions
* Provide physical care to patients, including bed baths, toileting, and grooming
* Monitor patients' vital signs and blood glucose levels
* Prepare patients for meals and assist with feeding as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
* Document patient care in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Recent experience in clinical patient care preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic math and computer skills
