Patient Care Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Tech to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Patient Care Tech, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Assist registered nurses with clinical support functions to promote a safe and compassionate patient care environment.
- Provide patient physical care, including bed baths, toileting, grooming, and changing bed linen, as per established guidelines.
- Perform patient monitoring activities, such as vital signs and blood glucose, as per established guidelines.
- Prepare patients for meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Document patient care in a timely manner, adhering to established standards.
- Mentor and teach new nursing assistants to meet performance expectations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Recent experience and/or training in clinical patient care.
- Healthcare Provider CPR certification required.
- Knowledge of DPH/OEMS regulations.
