About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Tech to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will assist in clinical support functions to promote a safe and compassionate patient care environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of patient care plans under the direction of a registered nurse.
  • Provide patient physical care, including bed baths, toileting, grooming, and changing bed linen, as per established guidelines.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and blood glucose levels, as per established protocols.
  • Prepare patients for meals and assist with positioning, lifting, and turning, as needed.
  • Document patient care in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to established standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Recent experience and/or training in clinical patient care.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic skills in math and computer science.
  • Healthcare Provider CPR certification required.
