  • Monitor patient vital signs and blood glucose levels, as per established guidelines.
  • Prepare patients for meals and assist with feeding, as needed.
  • Perform patient rounds regularly and respond promptly to call lights to meet patients' needs.
  • Document patient care in a timely manner, adhering to established standards.
  • Organize patient rooms to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Collect and label specimens, as per established procedures.
  • Mentor and teach new nursing assistants to meet performance expectations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Recent experience and/or training in clinical patient care.
  • Knowledge of DPH/OEMS regulations.
  • Healthcare Provider CPR certification required.
