Palliative Care Nurse Specialist

Minnesota Oncology is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Palliative Care RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families on palliative care and symptom management
- Manage patient medication refill requests and communicate with pharmacies
- Participate in professional development activities and maintain current certifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred
- Current MN licensure and registration required
- Current or pending OCN certification preferred
- 2-3 years of nursing experience with IV experience preferred
