Gentiva Hospice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospice Aide to join our team. As a Hospice Aide, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
  • Report any changes in patient condition or home situation to the Registered Nurse and interdisciplinary team.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities and attend staff meetings.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
  • 6 months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology.
  • Current driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • CPR certification.
