  • Proven track record in motivating and mentoring staff.
  • Highly skilled in all aspects of production operations.
  • Familiarity with Lean and 5S principles.
  • Strong mathematical and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to understand and execute work orders and production schedules.
  • Excellent attendance and reliability.
