Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at Creation Technologies. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the processing operations required in the production of our finished products, goods, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and leadership to production employees
- Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices
- Provide training to production employees
- Maintain an overall positive morale in manufacturing
- Impact/support company and departmental objectives
- Production scheduling
- Provide support to quality programs
- Assist production employees on assembly problems/problem solving
- Data collection and failure analysis
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years technical/electro-mechanical manufacturing experience with progressive responsibility
- At least 2 years of Supervisory experience
- Formal education in electronics or combination of education and experience
- Strong communication skills in both written and oral English
- Computer literate (i.e. Windows, Excel, Word)
