Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain network and telecommunications systems, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, VPN, and SOLiD DAS equipment.
  • Configure and manage Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, Cisco Contact Center (PCCE), Cisco CUBE, Call Manager Express, Unity Express, VOIP, SIP, PRI, MGCP, and H.323.
  • Perform network performance tuning using SNMP, NetFlow, and IP SLA, and troubleshoot network and telecommunications problems.
  • Develop and implement network and telecommunications policies and procedures, and maintain documentation.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to users, and participate in the design of telecommunications systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors to upgrade network and telecommunications systems, and meet financial requirements by submitting information for budgets and monitoring expenses.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and maintain a high level of technical knowledge and expertise.
Requirements
  • High School graduate required; Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in network and telecommunications administration.
  • CCNA Collaboration/Voice preferred or comparable experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor and coworkers.
