Position Title: Client Success Manager
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain a comprehensive list of property and facility managers
- Engage in proactive outreach and B2B sales initiatives
- Organize and facilitate meetings with prospective clients
- Maintain and strengthen existing commercial partnerships
- Participate in and promote corporate events and seminars
- Assist in tracking and reporting sales data
- Collaborate closely with Regional Marketing Managers
- Contribute to market research and lead generation efforts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of two years of experience in outside sales
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Robust selling and marketing capabilities
- Capacity to remain stationary for extended durations
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs occasionally
Combination of indoor and outdoor settings with occasional travel involved.
