Job Title: Developmental Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Developmental Therapist to join our team in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

About the Role:

We are committed to providing high-quality care to children with autism and their families. As a Developmental Therapist, you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary team, working closely with families to develop individualized therapy plans that promote comprehensive growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 therapy sessions to children with autism, using the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and other evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to design and implement individualized developmental plans, ensuring fidelity to Soar's model.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, providing regular insights on their child's progress and offering guidance rooted in best child care practices.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, child development, or special education.
  • Experience working with children with autism and their families.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build connections with young children and their families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
