As a Checkout Experience Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience from start to finish. This includes managing in-store and online customer flow, assigning tasks to ensure efficient service, and monitoring key performance indicators to assess team performance.

  • Develop and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.

  • Comply with relevant regulatory rules and standards.

Requirements:
* 12+ months retail experience
* Physical demands include standing/walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a wet and cold environment.
