Role Responsibilities:

The Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in establishing and sustaining a thriving Dental Practice through effective communication and management of team objectives. This position fosters accountability and authority within the team while providing essential support and guidance to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of leadership experience in a dental environment
  • Proficient in analyzing processes, identifying issues, and formulating effective solutions
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Integrity in maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding team ethics
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental or medical setting
  • 3+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable
  • Experience with Dentrix is preferred
