Job Overview

As a member of Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will have the chance to contribute to a remarkable team and create a significant impact in the scientific community. We are currently looking for a driven and skilled Sales professional to take on the role of CCS Regional Channel Partner (DACH & North Europe) on a temporary basis for parental cover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and operational guidance to the Chromatography Consumables Sales (CCS) division throughout the DACH region and Northern Europe.
  • Work in close collaboration with Channel Partners to foster substantial growth and enhance market presence.
  • Develop and execute essential business processes to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Product Management, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Manage territory and product performance, effectively implementing growth strategies as necessary.
  • Assist dealers in cultivating and sustaining markets and customer relationships.
  • Oversee all facets of sales forecasting and delivery, collaborating with regional teams.
  • Create and present an Annual Sales Plan that aligns with regional objectives.
  • Be prepared to travel over 50% of the time.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in complex commercial environments or direct sales.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tools to analyze and comprehend market dynamics.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and a proven ability to establish and maintain effective processes.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
