Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our facilities team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of general maintenance tasks related to the facility infrastructure, working under direct supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep of facility equipment and systems
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal facility performance
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required
  • Vocational/Trades school or post-high school vocational training/education beneficial
  • Valid Driver's License (Class III) required
  • 1-2 years of experience in general maintenance/repair techniques
