- Overseeing and maintaining the warehouse inventory, ensuring all equipment is accounted for and in optimal working condition.
- Conducting regular fleet assessments and reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Managing the data storage system, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Coordinating shipping and receiving operations, ensuring all equipment and materials are dispatched and received promptly.
- Managing and maintaining telecommunications equipment, ensuring all devices function properly and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Ensuring the warehouse is organized and clean, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborating with other team members and departments to enhance warehouse operations and efficiency.
- Assisting with additional warehouse tasks as needed.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficient in managing and maintaining equipment inventory.
- Experience in conducting fleet assessments.
- Familiarity with data storage systems.
- Experience in coordinating shipping and receiving operations.
- Knowledge and experience in managing and maintaining telecommunications equipment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently.
- Safety-conscious, with a strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and guidelines.
- Physically fit, with the ability to lift heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent. A relevant certification or degree would be an advantage.
