Job Overview

SEEK Careers/Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to support our client's operations. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient movement of materials within the warehouse environment.

Position – Forklift Operator

Job Type – Full-Time

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Shift – 2nd shift (1:40 PM to 11:40 PM, Monday through Thursday) - Initial training will occur on 1st shift.

Compensation – $18 per hour

Benefits – Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(K) plan, paid vacation, paid holidays, and referral bonuses.

Education Requirements – High School Diploma or GED

Experience Requirements – A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.

As a Forklift Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Machine Operators: Work closely with operators to review and fulfill work orders accurately.
  • Adhering to Safety Protocols: Ensure compliance with safety standards while operating equipment.
  • Maintaining Equipment: Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of forklift machinery.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong willingness to learn and develop skills.
  • Proven ability to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Excellent attendance record.
