  • Telephone Management:
    • Handling a multi-line phone system
    • Screening and routing calls
    • Delivering basic customer service to callers
  • Document Distribution:
    • Managing faxes and mail

    • Printing, filing, and distributing reports
  • Email Communication:
    • Drafting, obtaining approval for, and dispatching all staff emails
  • Maintenance Coordination:
    • Logging, tracking, and following up on maintenance requests

  • Conference Room Management:
    • Maintaining the 7th floor conference room
    • Organizing room tidiness at day’s end
    • Assisting with audiovisual needs as required

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor's degree; and a minimum of one year of progressively responsible full-time administrative or professional experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education on a year-for-year basis.

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 7.5 hours per day

Time Zone: CST

Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
