Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Beverage Supervisor is accountable for the following:
- Overseeing the setup, cleanliness, and disassembly of the designated bar area.
- Ensuring bartenders possess comprehensive knowledge of drink recipes, accurate product ringing, and proficient cash and credit card handling.
- Creating a vibrant, enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons while adhering to the standards of alcohol service as established by AEG and relevant regulatory bodies.
- Performing additional duties as required.
The candidate must demonstrate the following competencies and be able to articulate and showcase their capability to fulfill the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Technical Proficiencies:
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume bar environment.
- Current certification from the Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in menu planning and development.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, sit, and use hands for various tasks.
- Specific vision capabilities required for this role include close and distance vision.
- Moderate noise levels are typical in the work environment.
Adhere to safe work practices, comply with all safety policies and procedures, and complete any required safety training.
Encourage team compliance with safety protocols, including reporting unsafe conditions and participating in safety training.
Document all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) in the company's risk management system on the same day they are reported.
