The ideal candidate has 3+ years of post-charge-off/recovery experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with Salesforce and InfoLease experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of contracts, finance agreements, leases, and working capital loans
  • Research and extensive skip tracing efforts
  • Analyze credit reports, payment histories, personal records, property values, and assets to determine sufficient equity
  • Negotiate settlements with customers and/or their counsel
  • Ability to work independently and as a team

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of post-charge-off/recovery experience
  • Knowledge of contracts (equipment finance agreements, leases)
  • Knowledge of bankruptcy and assignment for the benefit of creditors
  • Skip tracing
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • Budget conscious
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Salesforce and InfoLease experience a plus
