Job Title: Line Cook

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Recovery Sports Grill Westampton. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items to high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook menu items to order, including meats, fish, vegetables, and soups
* Portion and prepare ingredients for cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications
* Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area, including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, and refrigeration equipment
* Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
* Handle, store, and rotate all products properly

Requirements:

* Minimum of two years experience in kitchen and preparation and cooking
* Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and dining room personnel
* Physical requirements include reaching, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs. frequently, and standing for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
