Job Summary

Pexco is seeking a highly skilled QA Technician to join our team in Fife, WA. As a key member of our Quality Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Quality Lead to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
  • Conduct visual inspections of extruded tubing and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Perform calibrations and maintain accurate records of activities.
  • Initiate proposed specifications and revisions to existing specifications.
  • Packaging and shipping of products, as well as incoming/receiving inspection duties.
  • Production lot release activities and in-process inspection duties.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of activities.
  • Accurately use calipers, protractors, and other measuring devices to inspect parts.
  • Maintain compliance with Company and plant safety policies and procedures.
  • Complete all annual training as required.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) during the entire shift.
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in a production environment, preferably with the Quality department.
  • Above-average communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to perform basic mathematical computations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Work Environment

Works in a warehouse and manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, odors, fumes, and noise associated with the extrusion and fabrication manufacturing processes.
