Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality management systems and be able to ensure the highest quality in our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct product validation lab testing, data analysis, and report writing to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform inspections and tests on incoming materials, document findings, and manage sorting and rework to maintain quality assurance records.
  • Monitor product quality throughout production to ensure compliance with standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Accurately document inspection and testing results, maintaining quality assurance records and identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments on product and process regulatory requirements, including CAPAs and quality management system audits.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree/technical certification preferred.
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems and knowledge of quality standards like ISO 13485, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in mathematics, statistics, and report writing, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and skilled with test and measurement equipment and documentation software.
