Production Team Lead

Adecco is seeking a skilled Team Lead to join their production department in Everett, WA. This is a temporary to hire position that requires a strong background in assembly and production operations. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for monitoring production operators, ensuring they meet production goals and quality standards. You will also work closely with other leads and perform assembly work as needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily direction and scheduling for production operators
• Work with production operators to resolve assembly problems and improve processes
• Recommend practices and procedures to improve efficiency and quality
• Participate in determining objectives and goals for production operations
• Collaborate with supervisor to resolve complex problems and improve processes

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of experience working with injection molding and wire cutting equipment
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of assembly processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to match colors and assemble small pieces
• May involve exposure to chemicals, solvents, and solder smoke
• Requires working within standard time constraints
• Position may require movement of objects up to 40 lbs.

Benefits:

Adecco offers a competitive hourly rate of $22 to $27 per hour, plus 8% shift differential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan. Paid leave and holiday pay are also available.
