About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead and develop manufacturing teams as a member of the 767 Senior Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employees, first-level, second-level, and senior managers performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines.
  • Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies, and procedures, and provide input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives.
  • Acquire resources for department activities, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
  • Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
  • Manage, develop, and motivate employees, first-level, second-level, and senior managers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in a management or leadership position.
  • 5+ years of experience working to lead and develop teams to execute to safety, quality, cost.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience coaching, guiding, and mentoring teams.
  • 5+ years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams in a cross-functional organizational environment.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior or executive leadership.
  • 3+ years of experience in a role that involves strategic planning and risk identification.
