Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to lead our installation team at Superior Fence & Rail of Greater Seattle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of various types of fences, including vinyl, aluminum, wood, and chain-link.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of installation crew members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement effective installation processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of installation activities, including job orders, materials, and labor hours.
  • Ensure all crew members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact project timelines or quality.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction or installation industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving project goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Pass background check and drug screening.
