Job Overview

Balance of Nature is a leading whole food supplement company seeking a highly skilled Public Events Manager to join our team in Hurricane, UT.

This is a full-time, in-person position that requires a strong background in event planning, budgeting, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless event execution
  • Oversee event budgets, sponsorships, and logistics to maximize ROI
  • Process requests for new customers acquired at public events
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on event status and progress
  • Develop and implement event marketing campaigns and project briefs
  • Manage event branding and communication to ensure consistency and impact
  • Design and distribute event feedback surveys to measure success
  • Plan and execute approved events, ensuring timely and accurate execution
Requirements
  • At least 3 months of experience with Balance of Nature
  • Proven experience in planning and executing events
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Excel, Microsoft, and external software
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of managerial experience
  • Strong background in event planning and budgeting
  • Experience with Google Workspaces and project management tools
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle stress and high-pressure situations
What We Offer
  • $45,000 per year + $1,000 Commission Bonus
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. schedule
