Job Overview

Balance of Nature is a pioneering whole food supplement company that's revolutionizing the industry. We're seeking a highly skilled Public Events Manager to join our team in Hurricane, UT.

This role is responsible for crafting and executing high-impact events that effectively engage the public and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and manage vendor relationships to deliver exceptional events
  • Develop and oversee event budgets, sponsorships, and logistics
  • Process requests for new customers acquired at events
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on event progress and outcomes
  • Create compelling event campaigns and project briefs
  • Manage event branding and communication
  • Design and implement event feedback surveys
  • Plan and execute approved events
  • Enter detailed notes into team members' ADP accounts
Requirements
  • At least 3 months of experience with Balance of Nature
  • Proven track record in event planning
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Excel, Microsoft, and external software
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of managerial experience
  • Strong background in event planning
  • Experience in creating and maintaining a budget
  • Proficient with Google Workspaces
  • Excellent time management and coordination skills
  • Ability to maintain a schedule and implement plans to fulfillment
  • Capacity to handle stress and high-pressure situations
What We Offer
  • $45,000 per year + $1,000 Commission Bonus
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. schedule
  • Full-Time position
