Position Summary:
We are looking for a Healthcare Patient Advocate (HPA) to join our dedicated team. The HPA will act as the main contact for prospective patients, providing them with information about the services and programs available at CoreLife. The demeanor, tone, and overall attitude of an HPA are crucial in encouraging prospective patients to attend their initial consultations and embark on their health journey.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year of experience in customer service
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and health insurance processes
  • A genuine passion for positively impacting lives, one prospective patient at a time
  • Strong skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal communication, and customer service
