Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Federal Sales Executive to join our team at Progression Incorporated. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting renewal strategy and managing or supporting the renewal process across your assigned account territory in the Federal Government space.

Your primary focus will be on attaining quarterly bookings targets and overall renewal and expansion metrics. You will research contracts and product entitlements to ensure quotes are relevant, accurate, and support co-terming. Additionally, you will develop a positive and productive relationship with clients, working with them throughout the procurement process.

You will work closely with our teams (finance, legal, deal desk, sales leadership, support, and client success) to encourage deal closure and delivery of client value. Adapt and evolve process and playbooks to maximize renewal and expansion revenue and reduce sales cycle friction.

An estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. This compensation package includes a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
