Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Financial Officer to lead our organization to new heights. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving growth, creating impactful change, and achieving unparalleled success.

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading all financial analysis and reporting, including budgets, planning, audits, monthly close items, and required filings and reports. You will ensure that proper financial controls are in place and that financial transactions support the overall business strategy while conforming with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead for all financial analysis and reporting, including budgets, planning, audits, and required filings and reports.
  • Ensure that proper financial controls are in place and that financial transactions support the overall business strategy.
  • Execute high-impact initiatives to achieve overall corporate goals.
  • Lead for finance with the executive team to establish the budget and develop growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop corporate vision and strategies.
  • Manage the finance/accounting team to ensure day-to-day performance and objectives are met.
  • Develop knowledge of all areas of finance and accounting to lead the organization in developing efficiencies and structure.
  • Work with HR and payroll to ensure consistency and efficiency in payroll processing.
  • Communicate on financial status, including reporting to the CEO and the Board.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. Master's degree preferred.
  • Non-Profit accounting experience required.
  • Current Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred.
  • Quickbooks Desktop Experience preferred.
  • Ten (10) or more years' experience in accounting/finance required.
  • Five (5) or more years' managerial experience required.
  • Exceptional working knowledge of MS Office required.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
  • Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong understanding of the rehabilitation sector and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in driving organizational change, transformation, and growth.
  • Experience making high-stakes decisions and navigating complex business challenges.
