Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Cornerstone Healthcare Group Holding. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the fiscal services of the Pacific Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, interpret, coordinate, and administer the Region's policies on finance, accounting, insurance, financial/accounting systems, internal controls, and auditing.
  • Maintain departmental reports and records, and collect statistical data for administrative and regulatory purposes.
  • Supervise and coordinate the functions of reimbursements, budget, patient accounting, medical records, admitting, and general accounting, which includes general ledger accounting, accounts payable, and cashiering.
  • Prepare reports outlining the hospital's financial position in all areas of assets, liabilities, income, and expense, based on past, present, and planned future operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Master's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may substitute for education requirements.
  • Licensed Certified Public Accountant preferred.
  • Five years prior management experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
